The NIRA given Identification card.<\/p>\n

Passport<\/strong>
A passport (minimum 6 months validity) and also an old passport in case it holds any Visa.<\/p>\n

Introduction Letter \/ Commitment Letter<\/strong>
A Signed brief information about your current employment\/ job, purpose of travel and your commitment to return after the purpose.<\/p>\n

Employment Contract<\/strong>
Original copy of the Notarized employment contract signed in typed format in both languages (Turkish and English): The employment contract must clearly mention the name of the employer, employee, work place address, the job description and must be signed with wet signature by the authorized person. The contract should be in typed format.<\/p>\n

Police Clearance Report<\/strong>
An updated (6 months latest) police clearance from the authorities.<\/p>\n

NB: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Non Ugandan citizens must provide their work\/student\/dependant Permits in Uganda with a minimum duration 6 Months.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • A notarized financial sponsorship letter from (For those who are not financially proficient, must be written by lawyers) a notary<\/em><\/li>\n
  • A notarized Letter of Consent (For applicants under age 18) from a recognized notary. From the parents who will not accompany the child during the trip.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Kindly note that The Embassy can request for additional documents after your application.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
