STUDENT / EDUCATION VISA

Required Documents:

National ID copy

The NIRA given Identification card.

Passport

A passport (minimum 6 months validity) and also an old passport in case it holds any visa with at least 6 pages blank.

Application Letter (Self Introduction Letter)

A signed brief information about your current employment/ job, purpose of travel and your commitment to return after the travel.

Bank Statement

A bank statement for the last 3 months (stamped and signed by the bank) and a cover letter. Business or company statements must include a letter from all or any of the account signatories.

Your bank’s direct sending of your bank statement to the trembassy.kampala@gmail.com e-mail address would be an important element supporting your visa request.

Police Clearance Report

An updated (6 months latest) police clearance from the authorities

Non-Confirmed Hotel and Flight Reservations or Dormitory

Hotel and flight reservations showing the specific desired date of travel, period, and area of stay in Türkiye. You may also provide the detailed registered address, rental/ House contracts or hostel admission copies.

Acceptance Letter

Official letter of acceptance from the university or learning institution from Turkiye.

School Document

Documents related to education background of the applicants (Certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda or relevant embassies). Please share with us your former academic documents/certificates as many as you may.

Marriage Certificate

If married, kindly provide the certified copy of your marriage certificate.

NB:

• Non Ugandan citizens must provide their work/student/dependant/ resident  Permits in Uganda with a minimum duration 4 months.
• A notarized financial sponsorship letter from (For those who are not financially proficient, must be written by lawyers/ sponsor ,bank statement for the last three months with a cover letter, a work contract or letter of appointment/ business registration documents if the sponsor owns a business and National id or passport photocopy of the sponsor.
• A notarized Letter of Consent from the parents and National IDs (For applicants under age 18) from a      recognized notary,
